Lookalikes includes more than 1.3 Billion candidates from around the globe, with a focus on North America and Europe.
Lookalikes uses publicly available data, from data vendors. The candidate data is refreshed as often as possible, with portions of the dataset being updated anywhere from weekly to monthly to quarterly, with “frequency of updates” varying depending on candidate location, job title and industry.
Where available, we provide a direct link to a candidates’s online professional profile. However, we do not vend contact information at this time. Most (if not all vendors) of contact information and lead data can be used with Lookalikes. We’re happy to provide specific recommended vendors of email and cell contact information.
Lookalikes offers two methods of integration with other systems.
All Lookalikes Professional plan user accounts have the ability to export any result set as a CSV/Excel file.

The concept of Lookalikes is to define an ideal candidate, and search for Lookalikes of that ideal candidate. A good word that encapsulates the meaning of an ideal candidate is Archetype. Archetypes come in handy when backfilling, or hiring another employee to duplicate capacity of an existing employee. You can even pick a specific person at a competitor or entirely unrelated company and use them as an Archetype.
